What if waves could have healing powers? The P’Sea charity invites you to discover surf therapy: an innovative psychotherapeutic approach that supports teenagers and adults experiencing psychological difficulties, under the guidance of teams comprising a clinical psychologist and a certified Surf Santé instructor. The marine environment, physical movement and group interaction become powerful drivers of well-being.

🏄 All day – Activities and games at the stand, and an introduction to theindo board to practise balance and proprioception. Henna tattoos offered by Yaël in aid of the charity 

🌬️ 12h et 16h – A workshop focusing on body awareness, sensory awareness and diaphragmatic breathing.

🌊 13h et 17h – Guided visualisation: an immersive sensory experience to feel the wave… with your feet in the sand.
