What if waves could have healing powers? The P\u2019Sea charity invites you to discover surf therapy: an innovative psychotherapeutic approach that supports teenagers and adults experiencing psychological difficulties, under the guidance of teams comprising a clinical psychologist and a certified Surf Sant\u00e9 instructor. The marine environment, physical movement and group interaction become powerful drivers of well-being.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
